Privacy
Short version: we collect an email address and, if you give one, an answer about the eating rule you're following. Nothing else, and we don't sell either.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you submit the form, so we can tell you when the beta opens.
- Your answer to the question about your eating rule, if you choose to answer it. It's optional — you can skip it and stay on the list.
- Anonymous page analytics — page views, which ad brought you here, and whether the demo card was tapped. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no individual profiles.
What we do with it
The email goes on a waitlist and gets used for one thing: telling you when there's something to try. The rule answers are read in aggregate to decide which rule we build first. We don't sell, rent, or share either with third parties for their own purposes.
Who processes it
- Kit (kit.com) stores the waitlist and sends the emails.
- Plausible Analytics provides cookieless, aggregate page analytics.
- Cloudflare serves this page.
- Reddit may have shown you the ad that brought you here, under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until we abandon the project — whichever comes first. If the idea doesn't go ahead, the list is deleted rather than kept around.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, which removes you from the list entirely. You can also email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we'll do it.
